How the process works:

1. Submit the Student Event Support request.
2. CCN reviews the request, proposed budget, student benefit, previous funding awarded to the school, and available funds.
3. CCN notifies the school whether the request has been approved.
4. After approval, the school conducts the activity and pays the approved expenses.
5. The school submits the required receipts or reimbursement documentation and completes a brief outcomes report.

Please do not make purchases or financial commitments until CCN provides written approval. Funding is reimbursement-based unless CCN approves another payment arrangement in advance.

NCL registration process

CCN will no longer purchase and distribute National Cyber League licenses directly. Schools seeking support for NCL registration should submit a Student Event Support request. After receiving approval, the school may purchase the registrations and request reimbursement through the approved process.
